I provide 2-3 prenatal meetings to discuss pregnancy concerns, various birth choices and planning. We can complete your personal birth plan wishes. Provide other informational resources as needed. Unlimited availability 1 week before and after your due date.

Provide 24 hours of support during labor. Using various comfort measures: breathing, relaxation, movement and positioning (never leaves the mother side).  I will help find you voice so you can effectively communication with your care provider. 

After your birth, I will provide immediate breast feeding support. I will also be available to support via the phone or home postpartum visits. We can discuss scheduling and fees as needed.

After you and your baby return home, I will provide 1-2 postpartum home visits. During  the visits, I can  provide emotional, physical and nonjudgmental support. Provide care for your infant while you bathe, eat, nap, run errands, assist with breastfeeding concerns, and  provide resources or tidy up. If more visits are needed, we can discuss a schedule for hourly services.
